This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application KS-APP ADMIN ("Kingdom Stone Admin") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide or that is generated when you use the application. The app is intended for employees, contractors, and installers who work with Kingdom Stone and requires access credentials provided by the company.

Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is used only on the device to unlock access to the app; we do not send biometric data to our servers.

Us (Kingdom Stone) and personnel authorized to administer the system. Technical providers who host or maintain the servers and API, under contract and with confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.
4. Data retention
Account and activity data are retained while you maintain an employment or commercial relationship with us and as necessary for the provision of the service. Attendance, inventory, and operations data are retained in accordance with applicable regulations and business needs (e.g., tax or labor obligations). When the relationship ends or upon request for removal, we may retain certain data for the period required by law or for claims.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data (restricted access, encrypted communication with the server, secure credential management). The app requires username and password (and optionally biometrics on the device) to access.
